Three Oaks’ Maintenance division is new to the lineup in 2009. Providing professional services for residential and commercial clients, as well as turnkey projects and cleanups for developers, realestate professionals, and homeowners alike. This division is headed by Melissa Harrison, a South Carolina Native with over 10 years of experience with low-country landscapes and over 15 years in the Green Industry.

Our residential maintenance teams put the focus on the clients’ properties, helping to bring out the best in every landscape. Our goals are to exceed your expectations and to head off problems as quickly as possible.

The Commercial maintenance teams work efficiently and effectively to keep each site clean and polished, with minimal interference in the flow of the facilities’ daily occurrences. We look good when you look good.
